When one does, the HR Generalist and the employee's manager receive a notification with the employee's tenure so they can recognize the milestone personally.     Each morning, the platform checks the employee list for work anniversaries matching the current date and calculates the employee's tenure automatically. No manual tracking or spreadsheet required.

    The HR Generalist and manager are notified

    When an anniversary is found, the employee's manager and the HR Generalist receive a notification with the employee's name and years of service through the configured channel — early enough to recognize the milestone before the day moves on.

    A company announcement goes out if configured
